Where'd the colour go??? LOL I don't much care for the first. But the others, yes!!! I guess I like the more organic curves and the "don't fence me in stuff" hmm, isn't that a southern cowboy thing? Glad you are back!
The notan is fabulous! I like them all, and really LOVE the 5th one (labeled notan4.jpg). I like that it is off-center - just adds a little something with the move away from pure symmetry. I also like that it has a very retro/mid-century modern feel. Very inspiring! Thank you for showing us these.
I remember seeing this exercise in a Quilting Arts mag and I know it was a Jane Dunnwold article. I made a couple of these too but never did anything with them. I especially like your starburst one. They are fun to make, aren't they.

These are all fun and very interesting designs. This is one exercise I've been wanting to do for a long while but keep forgetting to get black paper.
wow! Way cool. I like them all. It took me a minute to get them but when I did it was magic!

The last image took several looks. Notan is really a great stretching exercise.
That is so cool! I have been experimenting with tree shapes this way just this week.-)
