Dear Dementia: You Haven't Won Yet

Another mixed-media art letter titled "Dear Dementia: You Haven't Won, Yet."

This one is a 16" x 20" stretched canvas that contains layers of painted papers, deli papers and acrylic paints and glazes. It is finished off with a Stacked Journaling letter written with gel adhesive squeezed through a nozzle-tipped bottle. When dry, gold foil was ironed to the adhesive.

This is a piece of great work! I too work with a variety of materials and love the story woven throughout the canvas - building layer upon layer. The colors, the textures, the composition of your piece is wonderful!
