By the way Judi, I was feeling a bit preoccupied with some thoughts when I face my journal for the first time in ages so I slapped down a background and wrote . . . stacked journalling. The I outlined some of it in white as you have done and byt the time I finished I was feeling completely relaxed . . . no longer frustrated and with my thoughts running amok. Great therapy for the moment! I'll post it on FB later for you to see.
