Open Studios 2012

It's that time of year, again, and I'm thrilled once more to be included in the artist-driven event, Open Studios, held at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Tx., as part of the International Quilt Festival This years' sponsor is Craftsy.com.

I will be offering two 2-hour demos. This years demos will be on diverse subjects; my first, on Friday, November 2, between the hours of 10am and 12pm, will be about working with the GelliArts gel printing plate. I'll not only be demoing all three sizes of plates, I'll also be giving away four plates to four lucky winners!!

My second demo will cover my new mixed-media technique, cut stacked journaling. If you'd like to come by and watch how I create this unique art form, I'll be demo'ing it from 12pm until 2pm on Sunday, November 4th.

Here is the full schedule of all artists and the techniques they'll be demo'ing at Open Studios. See you all there!!
